    Great song! On my vinyl version it begins- ‘Some talk of a Lagonda, some like a nice MG’ When you have heard these things as a kid they get ingrained somehow. so it freaks me out slightly to hear them sing it differently :-)

    Thanks for posting this, I must have last heard it when ‘Uncle Mac’ played it on children’s favourites!

    Times change however, try the 279 in the morning rush hour. It’s a zoo on wheels!

    I love these, thank you very much, I used to listen to these when I lived in Renfrew, nr Glasgow, and Family Favourites was a big Sunday event! That would be in the forties and fifties? Now I am in California, but still enjoy a laugh!
